All goods remain our property until paid for in full.
Orders can be cancelled at any time prior to despatch. Simply tell us you have changed your mind by e-mail or telephone and your money will be refunded to you in full.
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, goods must be returned by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, in exactly the same condition as received and in the presentation boxes supplied.
All returns are subject to inspection and verification.
Returns cannot be accepted in cases of wilful damage, neglect and/or damage caused through use of chemicals.
We reserve the right to refuse any request for supply of goods.
